NEW Lot 189 Reserve Prosecco Superiore
Why we love it:
- This wine makes a great aperitif and pairing for a spread of different appetizer bites.
- Prosecco cuts through anything rich and heavy, creamy and/or fatty and works as a palate cleanser so that your taste buds can start fresh for the next dish.
- This wine can be enjoyed from beginning (appetizer) to end (dessert).
Lot 126 Sancerre
Why we love it:
- Sancerre is a delicate and crisp white wine that is easily drinkable and made from Sauvignon Blanc.
- Pairs well with appetizers, oysters and a light meat entrée, such as a chicken dish.
Lot 158 Beaujolais
Why we love it:
- This young red wine is abundantly fruity and texturally soft and pleasing.
- Benefits from chilling the bottle a little bit if you favor a slightly chilled and refreshing red wine.
- Answers the question, “what can I drink with seafood for a red wine?”
Lot 148 Cabernet Sauvignon
Why we love it:
- Easy to pair with most main dishes at a dinner party and also easily enjoyed on its own.
- Would be a fabulous wine to bring as a gift to the hostess.
DOs and DONTs of Dinner Parties
- DO bring something crowd-friendly
- DO set a budget for yourself
- DONT bring a wine to a party and open it yourself
- DONT bring a wine to a party that you’re not willing to share with others
