Perfectly ripened bunches of Cabernet Sauvignon are picked from estate vineyards in Oak Knoll to create a harmonious and elegantly balanced wine. Cooling breezes bring morning fog into the valley, slowing the ripening process and extending the growing season for the Cabernet grapes. The long “hang time” allows the grapes to develop deep color, tannins, sugar, and flavor compounds, making this a highly structured and intensely flavored wine.
