Hand harvested from 100% estate grown fruit, this Cabernet Sauvignon hails from a boutique winery in Oakville, a small 2 mile stretch in the heart of Napa Valley known for its highly esteemed vineyards. After a meticulous hand sorting, the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and fermented before aging in old French Oak barrels for 12 months. The result is a wine with intense fruit concentration and a beautiful elegance.
