TASTING NOTES

This sparkling wine is perfectly golden in color with beautiful bubbles that erupt in the glass. Notes of honeysuckle, ripe peach, and cream leap from the glass with flavors of orange blossom and subtle biscuit notes on the palate.

DESCRIPTION

Made by a family winery that has been making wine since the 18th century, this Crémant is a testament to the heritage and quality of sparkling wines in the Alsace region.

Nestled in the town of Dambach-la-Ville, in the heart of Alsace, this winery prides itself on centuries old tradition and its biodynamic processes. Legend has it that a bear came out of the woods near the village to show the people that the sweet grapes were in fact edible. Made from carefully selected grapes harvested by hand, this cuvée is composed mostly from Pinot Blanc, with a small amount of Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The wine is made in the Traditional Method, like Champagne, resulting in a beautiful sparkling wine with bright freshness and a creamy mouthfeel.
