TASTING NOTES

Deep ruby in color, this is a beautifully balanced wine with flavors of blackcurrants, dark chocolate and cedar. Impeccably polished and well composed, it's hard not to pop open this bottle right away. Pairs wonderfully with marinated flank steak and porcini mushrooms or truffle gouda.

The Stags Leap District is one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated wine regions, known for producing excellent single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Warm days and cool nights create wines with beautiful structure, dark berry fruit and a lasting freshness. Ripe bunches of Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested from the area's unique gravelly soils giving the wine a distinct mineral character.
