If you’re looking for a crowd pleasing orange wine, look no further than Lot 215. Made from a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes harvested from the Abruzzo hills of Italy, this Orange wine is mouthwateringly delicious.
The production of this orange-tinted wine starts at the beginning of October with a careful selection of grapes, which are hand-harvested in the Abruzzo hills. The grape crushing is soft, and the fermentation starts spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts, lasting for over 60 days. The skins release color and aroma into the wine, progressively reaching a bright orange hue. The maturation is in steel on the lees for approximately three months. It is a natural wine that does not have any type of filtration but only a simple decantation before bottling.
