Pouilly-Fumé is notably one of Loire Valley's most famous white wines. It is rivaled in this regard only by Sancerre, it's neighbor just on the other side of the Loire River. Here, Sauvignon Blanc is in its purest form, aromatic and lively with a spark of minerality.

Hand harvested and lightly pressed prior to fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperatures. Matured for several months on the fine lees before bottling in the spring following the vintage.
