The 90+ Cellars Portugal Wine Trip Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC, 21 years of age or older, with Internet access and a valid e-mail address, as of June 19, 2025. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Latitude Beverage Co. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.
1.Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes begins June 19, 2025 at or after 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends September 5, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Entry.
(a) During Sweepstakes Period, go to www.ninetypluscellars.com/portugal
(“Sweepstakes Website”) and complete an official entry form with all required information, including your name, date of birth, Instagram handle**, phone number and e-mail address. Check the box indicating that you have read and agree to these Official Rules. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry form. To complete the entry procedure, you must also follow the official Instagram account of 90+ Cellars on Instagram, @90pluscellars, if you have not done so already. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW @90PLUSCELLARS, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
**If you do not have an Instagram account, you may open one without charge at www.instagram.com. It is recommended that you review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Instagram before doing so.
(b) All entries must be received by September 5, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET – the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
3. Restrictions on Sweepstakes Entry.
(a) Limit of one (1) entry per person. Violation of entry limit will result in voiding of all entries and disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
(b) The use of automated, programmed or like means of entry or third party sweepstakes entry services is strictly prohibited; and, any entries submitted in such manner will be void (even if otherwise eligible) and the corresponding entrant will be disqualified.
(c) Receipt of completed entry may be acknowledged by Sponsor; but, any such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to Sweepstakes eligibility, notification of one’s selection as the potential prize winner, nor is it not otherwise binding upon Sponsor. Submitted entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
(d) Proof of transmission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry.
(e) In the event of dispute, an entry will be deemed made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided on the entry form. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
(f) If one enters the Sweepstakes by using a mobile device, the entrant will be solely responsible for all wireless Internet access charges and other fees imposed upon the entrant by their wireless carrier.
(g) Unless an entrant expressly consents otherwise, personal information collected from an entrant will only be used by Sponsor for Sweepstakes administration purposes. It is recommended that you review the Privacy Policy of the Sweepstakes Website at https://www.ninetypluscellars.com/policies/privacy-policy so that you understand how your personal information is collected used and shared BEFORE by Sponsor entering the Sweepstakes.
4. Winner Selection & Notification.
(a) The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, to be conducted by Sponsor on or about September 15, 2025.
(b) The potential prize winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone and must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within seven (7) days of the date of prize notification. Potential prize winner must augment signed Affidavit/Release with valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport). In the event of noncompliance with this requirement (including Sponsor’s determination in its sole discretion that tendered identification is unacceptable, inadequate or unreliable); if potential prize winner cannot be contacted for any reason despite Sponsor’s commercially reasonable efforts to do so (for example, email notification to potential prize winner being classified as “SPAM” or “junk,” or not being received or timely received by potential prize winner for any reason); or if potential prize winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential prize winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries received.
5. Prize/Odds of Winning
(a) A trip to Portugal for Winner and (1) Guest who is 21 years of age or older, including:
Approximate Retail Value: $5000.00. (This figure represents Sponsor’s good faith estimate as to the value of the prize. Should the actual value of the prize differ from such figure, winner will not receive the difference in cash or otherwise.)
(b) Odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
(c) ALCOHOL IS NOT PART OF THE PRIZE.
(d) PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY UNSPECIFIED EXPENSES INCURRED IN REDEEMING THE PRIZE INCLUDING, BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY, GROUND TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN U.S. DEPARTURE AIRPORT AND WINNER’S RESIDENCE, TRAVEL INSURANCE, GRATUITIES, ADDITIONAL MEALS/SNACKS AND SOUVENIRS.
(e) Stay at Quinta da Pacheca will be awarded via hotel voucher issued to winner. Voucher is valid for 365 days from date of issuance; no extension is available. Advance booking is required by email and subject to availability and blackout dates. Without limitation, Hotel may refuse to accept Voucher on dates of higher demand and Festive Seasons (Carnival [February 17, 2026], Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve) as well as during Peak Tourist Season of June – August. Additional restrictions apply to use of Voucher.
(f) Sponsor will coordinate with Winner to book air transportation, which must be completed within 365 days of date of prize award. Winner and Guest must travel together on same flight itinerary as approved by Sponsor. Winner and Guest are solely responsible for securing valid passport and other travel documents at their sole expense. Winner may opt to extend their Portugal trip beyond the 2 nights’ accommodation, but such additional stay is not included as part of the prize, and must be handled exclusively by the Winner.
(g) Winner and Guest must conduct themselves at all times during the Portugal trip in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectable manner. Should Winner and/or Guest fail to do so, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, any remaining elements of the Grand Prize will be forfeited without further liability of any kind to Sponsor. Winner and/or Guest may also be subject to liability from Hotel and/or other parties.
(h) Guest must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to prize award. Guest must augment signed Release with valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport). Should Winner elect to travel without a Guest, the prize will be awarded in increments for the Winner alone and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.
(i) WINNER AND HIS/HER GUEST EACH EXPRESSLY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS ATTENDANT TO THE PRIZE.
(j) Winner will be solely responsible for all taxes on the prize and will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting the value of the prize. Winner agrees to provide Sponsor with his/her Social Security Number via IRS W9 Tax Form, as well as to otherwise fully cooperate with Sponsor’s reporting of prize award as per applicable law.
(k) The prize must be accepted as awarded. No prize substitution except by Sponsor in its sole discretion if advertised prize (or any component thereof) is unavailable for any reason, and only then for prize/prize component of equal or greater value. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Prize is not transferable without the written consent of Sponsor which may be withheld or granted at its sole discretion and without liability of any kind. If any element of prize is unused or declined by Winner, no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.
(i) SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR INTENDED PURPOSE) REGARDING THE PRIZE. THE ONLY WARRANTIES – IF ANY – ARE THOSE OF THE APPLICABLE PRIZE SUPPLIER.
6. Conditions of Participation.
(a) Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given instance will not constitute the waiver of such provision.
(b) The following persons are NOT eligible for the Sweepstakes: (i) employees, officers and directors of Latitude Beverage Co., its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions; as well as Latitude Beverage Co.’s agencies, prize suppliers or other entities in any way involved with the advertising, development, distribution or implementation of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”); (ii) the immediate families of such employees/officers/directors, with “immediate families” being defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, as well as the spouse of a children/siblings; (iii) members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors, whether related or not; (iv) employees, officers and directors of any entity which holds an alcohol beverage license, including but not limited to alcohol beverage retail licensees.
7. Release of Rights.
(a) By participating, entrant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities; the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above organizations; as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from participating in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity and/or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize (if applicable).
(b) To the fullest extent permitted by law, acceptance of prize constitutes the winner’s agreement to the use of his/her name, address (city, state), likeness, photograph, other indicia of persona and/or statements made by winner regarding the prize, the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor for advertising/publicity/trade purposes by Sponsor and its designees without further compensation or review, approval or notice of any kind. Nothing herein in any way obligates Sponsor to make use of winner for publicity purposes; and, by refraining from doing so, Sponsor will not incur any liability under any legal theory.
8. Limitations of Liability.
(a) Sponsor is not responsible for (i) late, lost, incomplete, illegible/garbled, inaccessible, corrupted, damaged or misdirected entries, all of which are void; (ii) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Sweepstakes Website users (including users of the mobile version of Sweepstakes Website), tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Sweepstakes Website (including mobile version of same), e-mail transmissions (whether sent by or to Sponsor) or entries; and any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any mobile web site, web site or any combination thereof; or for injury or damage to entrant’s or to any person’s mobile device or desktop computer (or any information/materials stored therein) related to or resulting from downloading materials from Sweepstakes Website (including mobile version of same) or participating in the Sweepstakes.
(b) Sponsor disclaims any and all liability for any errors in advertising or offering the Sweepstakes. Should there be any inconsistency between these Official Rules and Sweepstakes advertising material, these Official Rules will prevail, govern and control in all respects.
(c) Force Majeure. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or order (whether or not ultimately determined to be lawful) or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the prize winner from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the Sweepstakes Website.
(e) CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO DEFRAUD LATITUDE BEVERAGE CO. IN CONJUNCTION THEREWITH CONSTITUTES TAMPERING IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AS WELLAS A VIOLATION OF CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL LAW. IN SUCH CASE, LATITUDE BEVERAGE CO. MAY SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST PERSONS DETERMINED TO BE ENGAGED IN SUCH CONDUCT AS WELL AS DISQUALIFYING THEM FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES (IF APPLICABLE.)
(f) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW.

Requests must be received by October 3, 2025 at 4:59:59 p.m. ET. Winner’s list will be available after November 1, 2025.
