While I fully believe you should show your loved ones how much they mean to you every day, I’m a romantic at heart and any excuse to come up with wines to enjoy on a day dedicated to amore is fine with me!
Well… we’re smack-dab in the middle of winter, and Punxsutawney Phil definitely saw his shadow this year, which means we’re in it for the long haul. Now, we could all get down and dreary about the cold – or we can spice things up and make it a little toasty. We’ll vote for the latter!
And, what better way to warm up during a cold winter day than with some classic mulled wine (or as the German’s call it, Glüwein).
