DESCRIPTION
In the middle of Napa Valley, at the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains,
lies one of the most prestigious wine growing regions in California,
Oakville. The Mediterranean climate allows grapes to reach their full ripening
potential while preserving freshness in the wines, in this case
Cabernet Sauvignon.
After hand-picking the Cabernet grapes, the wine is fermented
then aged for nearly two years in French oak barrels. The wine sees
further aging in bottle before being released.
TASTING NOTES
Deep ruby red in color with aromas of cherries and black currants, the wine is accented with rich flavors of vanilla and a touch of spice. Rich but soft tannins develop on the palate leaving behind notes of blackberry and cedar. Enjoy this wine now or save it to celebrate a milestone of your own.
