In the southwest of France, Bordeaux is generally characterized by its famous red wines, but the Sauvignon Blanc also has a home here in the maritime climate of the region. Cooler summers help produce wines with zippy acidity and lasting freshness.

100% Sauvignon Blanc hand harvested from select vineyard sites on clay and limestone soils.

TASTING NOTES

Pale lemon in color, this wine is bright, fruity, and crisp on the palate. Slightly herbal in character, with notes of fresh grapefruit, pineapple, and a touch of zesty lime. This wine finishes soft and creamy. Sip now on its own at a sunset picnic or alongside fresh goat cheese and a baguette.

Excellent

I do a lot of Sauvignon Blanc and this is the smoothest and most full-bodied I've ever had. It has fruit but is not tangy like many SB's. Has a nice finish in the back of the mouth.
