Lot 33 is classic southern French dry style of rosé that pairs well with all kinds of foods and occasions.
The grapes that go into this wine are grown in northeastern Languedoc in the foothills of the Cevennes Mountains. Cold air drifts down from the mountains cooling and drying the vineyards. This mountain air preserves the freshness and cleanliness of the fruit, resulting in a refreshingly dry wine with lots of flavor.
Aromas of ripe strawberries and cherries fill the glass, accompanied by notes of fresh herbs and cotton candy. Dry and bright on the palate, with juicy fruit and an easy-going demeanor. The perfect lazy-day sipper!

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I had bought a bottle of 90+ rose in Vermont last year and my sister and I found it wonderful. So had been looking everywhere for the wind with no luck until ai realised I could order it on line from you, which I did. The wine was delivered very quickly, and we were excited. But, it was no where near as good as that first bottle. Know that I know how you acquire your wines, I figured it was different wine altogether, just under your name after bottling. So, my suggestion is not to use the wine again that was in the bottles(2) you sent me. (We did not even open the second bottle during my visit of 3 weeks.) So, wish you luck finding the better rose from last year.
Best rose I have had in years
Well done. Just share the vineyard so we can buy some.
Perfect for a warm summer afternoon
This was exactly what I was looking for. I picked it up because I've had great luck in the past with Languedoc wines, and this didn't disappoint! Just right for the price.
I love a great French rose' and this was the best!
