French Fusion, as it was originally called, was the first French wine we ever released, and is now the longest-running red wine in the 90+ Cellars portfolio. Made from sustainably-farmed grapes, Lot 21 is made at a family-owned winery with origins dating back to the 13th century.
This medium-bodied red blend is made from Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre grown on vineyards in the foothills of the Cevennes. There, grapes benefit from ample sunlight to ripen and cool maritime breezes to preserve freshness and acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged for 6 to 8 months before it is bottled.
TASTING NOTES
This is a medium-bodied, smooth wine with aromas of rich black cherry and blackberry fruit, black pepper, and roasted coffee. Hints of dried herbs along with strawberries, and raspberries linger on the finish. Pair this French beauty with squash and zucchini “linguine” with goat cheese or sautéed chicken with celery-root puree.

Finding Value in the South of France: From Languedoc to Southern Rhône Valley
The sun-soaked South of France is a wine region full of hidden gems. From the Languedoc on the Mediterranean coast to the Southern Rhône Valley that winds along the Rhône River, there are great wines and incredible values to be found throughout!
Pleasantly balanced aromas of spice and fruit anticipate an easy berry punch and dangerously smooth finish. A good wine for any dinner table or just by itself. Would easily pair well with a savory braised beef or Mexican deviled chicken.
