Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is like the Goldilocks of red wine. Not too heavy. Not too light. Just right. It’s made from Pinot Noir grapes harvested from vines situated in the rolling foothills of Oregon’s Coast Range Mountains. Compared to other American wine regions, the Willamette Valley is small, and boutique in nature, known for producing wines of quality over quantity.
The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and fermented in small opened-topped tanks with regular punch downs. Once complete, the wine matures for approximately 8-10 months prior to bottling.
