For more than 2,500 years humans have been cultivating grapes and making pale, pink wine in the sun-drenched, windswept vineyards of Provence, France. On rocky outcrops and high plateaus nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean sea, grapevines bask in the brilliant sun.

Physically speaking, Provence is only about 150 miles long and 100 miles north/south, but its impact around the world is profound. It is the only wine region that has focused on rosé, and it is still to this day the epicenter of rosé wine. Typical Provencal rosé wines will include a blend of grapes including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Carigan, Cinsault and Counoise.

THe 2018 vintage of Lot 132 is a blend of Cinsault and Grenache grown in Le Haut Var of Provence. The mountains and forest cool the vineyards in this warm Mediterranean climate. This preserves acidity and freshness while also allowing the grape's flavors to develop fully. Grapes are gently stripped from the stems, followed by direct pressing and fermentation.

Salmon in color, with a bright bouquet of red fruits and strawberries, tied together with wild flowers and stone fruit. A highly aromatic wine, bursting with freshness and minerality.

    Sophisticated Rose

Medium dry, mellow rose. Good for sipping with appetizers and robust enough for any seafood dish.
