Apple Cider & Tangerine Spritz
· 1 1/2 oz. apple cider
· 1/2 oz. fresh tangerine juice
· 1/2 oz. cinnamon syrup
· Top with Lot 50 Prosecco!
Add apple cider, tangerine juice, cinnamon syrup and your choice of rum or bourbon to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and strain into a wine glass or goblet. Top with prosecco (about 2 oz.). Garnish with an apple fan and cinnamon stick.
Sparkling Rosé Paloma
· 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
· 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
· Top with Lot 49 Sparkling Rosé!

Make ancho chile salt by combining equal parts salt and ancho chile powder. Rim the edge of your glass by running a lime wedge around it and then dipping it into a bowl of your prepared ancho chile salt. In a shaker, add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup and thyme. Add ice, shake and then strain into your salted glass filled with ice. Top with Lot 49 Sparkling Rosé and garnish with a sprig of thyme and grapefruit wedge!
