Pouilly-Fumé is notably one of Loire Valley's most famous
white wines. It is rivaled in this regard only by Sancerre, it's
neighbor just on the other side of the Loire River. Here,
Sauvignon Blanc is in its purest form, aromatic and lively with a spark of minerality.
This racy wine is hand harvested and lightly pressed prior to fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperatures. It is then matured for several months on the fine lees before bottling
Flinty with notes of gooseberry and white flowers on the nose. Succulent citrus mixed with a bright freshness on the palate. The perfect aperitif served alongside fresh seafood or assorted cheeses.
