DESCRIPTION
This Sauvignon Blanc is something to rave about. Showcasing the purity of the Loire Valley, this wine comes from grapes grown in the central vineyards and Touraine,
where vines grow in a mixture of clay, limestone and sand near the banks of the Loire River.
The wine is hand harvested and lightly pressed prior to fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperatures. It is matured for several months on the fine lees before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
