DESCRIPTION
For more than 2,500 years humans have been cultivating
grapes and making pale, pink wine in the sundrenched, windswept
vineyards of Provence. On rocky outcrops and high plateaus nestled
between the mountains and the sea, grapevines bask in the brilliant
sunshine. About 90% of all wine produced in Provence is Rosé,
making it the true Rosé capital of the world.
Our Provence Rosé is a blend of Cinsault and Grenache grapes,
grown in Le Haut Var of Provence. The mountains and forest cool
the vineyards in this warm Mediterranean climate, preserving acidity
and freshness while also allowing the grape’s flavors to develop fully.
Grapes are gently stripped from the stems, followed by direct
pressing and fermentation.
TASTING NOTES
Salmon in color, with a bright bouquet of red fruits and strawberries, tied together with wild flowers and stone fruit. A highly aromatic wine, bursting with freshness and minerality. This wine is meant to be consumed young.
