Many producers in Italy have been making sparkling rosé for years, but until recently have not been able to label it “Prosecco.” Regulations introduced in 2020 allowed producers to start blending the Glera grape with up to 10-15% Pinot Noir to make Prosecco Rosé. 90+ Cellars introduced Lot 197 within months of the regulations passing.
Made from Glera and Pinot Noir, this extra dry Prosecco Rosé is effervescent and lively. A secondary fermentation in steel tanks produces long lasting bubbles with ripe red fruits and citrus.
Pale pink in color with a beautiful effervescence. This wine is crisp with a flinty mineral note and mix of yellow apples, orange blossom and crushed raspberry on the palate. Vivacious and aromatic, this delicate Italian pale pink sparkler is perfect for enjoying anytime! Chill it up and serve alongside friends and fun or a perfectly appointed cheese board!
- Alcohol: 11%
- Bottle Size: 750 ml
- Varietal: Glera, Pinot Noir
We love the Rose Prosecco. Inexpensive, delicious and easy to drink. I keep two chilled at all times. I used to buy Kirkland Prosecco at Costco but this is much better and a case is very affordable.
Our Favorite Prosecco
It’s a summer, well, actually year round favorite of ours. Both the Rose and the regular Prosecco’s are amazing! We buy both by the case! Our family has strong Italian heritage and these Processco’s are loved by our entire family!
Thoroughly enjoyed this - just the right amount of fruit and very dry with small bubbles. Yum!
