DESCRIPTION
This wine is made by down to earth people with a standard for producing top of the line Chardonnay. A cool fermentation preserves this wines aromatic orchard fruit and it has a creaminess that wont quit. This bottle is a perfect example of thoroughly balanced and abundantly flavorful California Chardonnay.
TASTING NOTES
Brilliant yellow gold in color with aromas of green apple and white peach backed by a touch of honey. The wine is round, full-bodied and fresh with an elegant creamy texture and a tangy finish. Serve it with a crab and avocado salad topped with cilantro and lime, or grilled chicken with a lemon and caper sauce.

This wine is smooth and fresh. Minimal oak after taste which is why it is my FAVORITE. First bottle was purchased at a wine store stop while on vacation and cannot purchase locally so I order by the case. You will not be disappointed with this wine.
