SWEET START
If you like a little brown liquor to get your Sunday brunch going, check out this yummy number.
Ingredients:
- Lot 50 Prosecco
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Peach Juice
Instructions:
Pour Bourbon and peach juice in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a fluted glass. Top with Prosecco, and garnish with a slice of orange.
MIM-GRIA (A.K.A. MMMMM-gria)
Our Mija Sangria White is the perfect orange juice substitute in a Mimosa, and with the addition of Tequila this Mim-gria is like a Mimosa, Sangria and Margarita came together and had a beautiful brunch baby. O-M-G!
Ingredients:
- Lot 50 Prosecco
- 1 oz Mija White Sangria
- 1 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Salerno
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions:
Pour Tequila, Salerno, simple syrup, and Mija White Sangria in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Top with Lot 50 Prosecco in a fluted glass, and garnish with lemon rind.
SPICY JALAPEÑO MIMOSA
So, you like it a little hot? How about adding a little Jalapeño-infused Gin to that brunch pick-me-up?
Ingredients
- Lot 50 Prosecco
- 3-4 Pineapple Chunks
- 4 Cilantro Leaves
- 1 1/2 oz Jalapeño-infused Gin
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
Instructions:
Muddle pineapple and cilantro in a shaker. Pour in Gin, simple syrup and grapefruit juice. Add ice and shake (30 seconds). Strain into a fluted glass. Top with Prosecco, and garnish with a slice of jalapeño and pineapple.
MIJA-MOSA
Perhaps Tequila isn’t your thing? No problem! Just add Prosecco to Mija White Sangria and you’ve got what we like to call Mija-Mosa. The most perfect Mimosa/Sangria infusion you can make.
Ingredients:
- 1 part Mija White or Mija Red
- 1 part Lot 50 Prosecco
Instructions:
Simply fill a glass halfway with Mija White Aangria. Top off with Lot 50 Prosecco, and garnish with fruit medley of choice.
FROZEN MIMOSA POPSCICLES
The summer is hot, and frozen cocktail popsicles are the most amazing cool down treat you’ll ever have.

Ingredients:
- Lot 50 Prosecco
- Frozen strawberries, pineapple, pitaya
- Blue Curaçao
- Simple Syrup
Instructions:
Blend equal parts frozen fruit and simple syrup to create your fruit purées. Fill popsicle molds half way with fruit purée, and top off with Lot 50 Prosecco. Hold upright to let the bubbles die down a bit and then seal the zip top and freeze. 1 bottle of Lot 50 Prosecco can make up to 10 frozen popsicles.
For different colors – mix a combination of the above fruits and blue curaçao to create the following:
Bright Pink – Pitaya
Light Pink – Pitaya and Pineapple
Orange – Strawberry
Mint Blue – Pineapple and Blue Curaçao
Blue – Same as above with more Blue Curaçao added
Yellow – Pineapple
