In addition to finding fine wine for less, here at 90+ Cellars we do our best to give back to our community. One organization we love to work with is the Greater Boston Food Bank, whose mission is to end hunger in eastern Massachusetts. Each January they host Super Hunger Month, which aims to raise awareness and funds for hunger through a series of events in the Greater Boston area. This year, we are sponsoring Super Hunger Chef and Super Hunger Brunch, and we want to share with you how to help out (hint: it involves drinking our wine and eating delicious food).
Super Hunger Chef: A culinary tour of the world featuring food from Jody Adams (Rialto, Trade), Ming Tsai (Blue Ginger), Brooke Vosika (The Bristol Lounge), and several other local chefs. We’re bringing a wine for each station, and our friends at Harpoon will provide beer. This event takes place on Wednesday, January 25th at the Four Seasons in Boston, tickets are $125.
Super Hunger Brunch: Helping to end hunger by enjoying brunch and bubbly? We’ll drink to that! A selection of restaurants in the Greater Boston area will be donating proceeds from brunch on Saturday, January 28th and Sunday, January 29th to the GBFB and we’ve donated Prosecco to several participating restaurants. Here’s a list of places where you can enjoy our Prosecco with your meal:
10 Centre Street, Newburyport
80 Thoreau, Concord
Blue Ginger, Wellesley
Elephant Walk, Waltham
La Morra, Brookline
Michael’s Harborside, Newburyport
