Story
Incredible music, art, literature, and wine are hallmarks of California's Monterey County. This wine is made of Chardonnay berries harvested from a half-dozen of Monterey's best small vineyards. The fruit is fermented separately using Burgundian yeasts and then carefully blended together, creating a delightfully delicious and harmonious wine of impeccable poise and pure beauty.
Taste
Aromas of white pear, peach and wild flowers enfolded in a delicate mantle of baking spices and honey.
